Some of you might already know that we have a special bonus offer and some of you might already enjoyed our bonus.

For those who do not know what this bonus is about we would like to inform you:

1.    If you know someone who will rent one of our apartments for at least three months you will receive a bonus of 300,00 €. The only thing we need:

an e-mail from you and from the person who will rent the apartment with a confirmation that you recommended the apartment within the first week after starting of the rental period.

2.    For every new person (minimum time to rent 3 months) you will receive a new bonus.

Same rules with the e-mail for the confirmation.

3.    If you give us a good recommendation on google with a small positive comment (a small comment or a few sentences are mandatory) and you sent us your post via WhatsApp you can pick up a washing coin for free in our office.

Maybe you can find friends or new people who will rent an apartment on social media.
